How can I track my order and when will I receive it?
As soon as your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order. After your order has shipped we will send you an e-mail with a tracking number. You can then use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment with the respective shipping service and see the expected delivery date.

How high are the shipping costs?
For shipping within Germany we offer free shipping. For shipping outside of Germany we charge a flat 15 Euro fee. Please be aware that an import duty will be levied on shipments to Switzerland and Norway. In case of a return of the goods these taxes won’t be refunded and are incurred by the customer.

How can I return a (defective) article?
Please contact our customer service at first. We will then provide you with a return slip that you need to include with your return shipment. As soon as we have inspected the (damaged) goods and accepted the return we will contact you to refund the shipment and the purchase price.

Can I change my order after I have submitted it?
Unfortuntately the order cannot be changed after it has been confirmed.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. All data will be transferred in SSL.

Where else can I buy Bagagiste bags?
In addition to our online store you can buy our bags at our authorised retail partners. You can find a list with all authorised retailers under the Store Finder link.

How is my personal information and my credit card data protected at bagagiste.de?
We only use secure SSL lines. Your personal information will be stored and won’t be passed on to third parties.
